UNICMini Crawler Cranes

The standard URW spider cranes combine engine-driven power with remarkably compact dimensions — models such as the URW-295 are just 0.6 m wide, passing through a standard single doorway, yet lift up to 2.9 tonnes. Larger units like the URW-547C carry over 4 tonnes on a seven-section telescopic boom reaching more than 18 m.

Multi-position spider outriggers offer dozens of set-up configurations for full stability on uneven or obstructed ground, while wireless radio remote control gives the operator a clear view of every lift. It is the versatile workhorse of the range for outdoor and well-ventilated sites.

The ECO models run on a 48 V rechargeable battery and AC motor, delivering the same lifting performance as their diesel counterparts with zero emissions — ideal for indoor installations, residential areas and night-time operation where fumes and noise are unacceptable. Many can travel on battery and lift while plugged into mains power.

With variable, adjustable outriggers on models like the URW-295-3, these cranes reduce their working footprint and operate around fixed obstacles in spaces where other mini cranes cannot, making them the go-to choice for clean, quiet, confined-space lifting.

At the top of the range, high-capacity models such as the URW-706 and URW-806-3 lift up to 10 tonnes and reach working heights beyond 25 m with a fly jib, yet remain compact enough to pass through a commercial double door. They bring genuine heavy-lift capability to sites that cannot accommodate a conventional crane.

These units pair strong lifting charts with the same spider-outrigger flexibility and precise, infinitely variable controls as the smaller models, giving contractors serious capacity for steel erection, glazing and plant installation in restricted environments.
